The product itself is incredibly realistic, the default color is really nice, and is probably the closest you can get to the actual color without doing some complex mixing which would drive the price up. In terms of the firmness, the medium firmness is absolutely perfect, I don't think I'd want it any firmer or any softer. This is my first Exotic Erotics toy, but I've purchased plenty from Bad Dragon, so if you need a frame of reference for firmness I'd describe it as a little firmer than their medium, but less than their firm. It has great versitility in that its shaft is long and thick enough to use for fuck machines and has some good prostate feel, or knotting all the way which is just filling enough for me. The knot is a little harder to get in than sculpted toys, but considering it's a live cast, that's to be expected since knots aren't technically supposed to penetrate once full anyways. Lastly the texture is absolutely divine, I think I'm hooked on live casts now lol.
