Clarification request: how do you make precum? or how do you squirt?
Pre, in general is made by thinking sexy thoughts, and gentle toying, or stroking. Basically, you just wanna get yourself "drooling" and ready.
Squirting, is a more extreme version of pre and has two things you should know... 1. Its something you almost surely can't do the very first time out of the gate (it takes practice), and 2. It requires more aggressive play than what we will call foreplay that produces normal precum.
It took me at least 5 times of serious practice before I was able to orgasm via the p-spot. The best thing to practice that, squirting or not, is to work the kegel muscles (yes, guys have those too). For me, I like to get a smaller toy, preferably one with a knot, slowly insert it past the knot, and then just practice holding it in, "pulling" it inward, and "pushing" it outward. Hands free, of course. If you're not sure which muscles i mean, try this: next time you're at the toilet, start peeing, and then stop mid-stream. Hold it. The muscles you just used to do that are your kegels! Then start again, and speed things up a little by "pushing" the piss out this time. You are again using those kegels to help evacuate youself! Alternate between, "holding" motions and short, intense "strokes"'in which you pull or push. You wanna treat them like any other muscle and stretch and exercise them the same way you would workout the rest.
The holding helps slow-twitch muscle fibers to grow, while the pushing/pulling helps the fast twitch muscle fibers. Both help in having an orgasm, especially a strong p-spot/g-spot one.
There is a downside to all this though: some men don't cum pre at all
. Only way I know to find out for sure, involves time and some really sexy mags to "help you along".
First, find out if you ARE a drooler, then worry about cumming pre/squirting.
I will also mention, as I have before, that water intake is very important in bodily functions. This includes semen and pre production. You can't really make good squirts or precum if you're running on empty! Drink water. Not soda, milk, OJ, etc. Just water. Stay hydrated. Then go have yourself a good time. Oh, and be sure to pee.
